Going overboard

I'm starting to worry that I have an addictive personality, because I have been addicted to making pillowcase aprons today.  Half aprons,

a full apron,

and I even tried a denim AND pillowcase apron.

Note to readers who may be female and related to me - be forewarned, you will probably be receiving an apron as a gift at some point this year!

It's funny, I love wearing aprons, and I love making aprons, but I hate to cook...

Love them all but that denim one is my favorite .I was just thinking how about using the front of a shirt then you would have the buttons down the front .

The ruffle one is precious! But I have to agree....the denim is the hit. How about a tutorial on that one....in all of your spare time!!! haha!! I like the idea of all of these being upcycled! Good job!

Oooh Ahhh! That denim apron is so cute. They're all pretty but that one really rocks my socks.

I go through phases where I make multiples of things just because I'm enjoying myself. Your recent posts have reminded me I have an apron pattern I still havent used....

Those are so cute. I am not a big fan of cooking either. They would be fun to use when I am playing with my acrylic paints though! That denim one would be perfect! I know, I am female, and a reader, but not related. I will have to dig out my own denim and get busy sewing!
The 2 1/2 inch strips you sent my way are finding their way into scrappy trip around the world blocks! Thank you!

Do what I did and teach your boys to cook :0)
My son does all the cooking at his home for his wife and daughter and did a fair amount when he was living with me :0). He loves it and is darn good too!
Hey, if those relatives don't want an apron you can always send one my way....adorable :0).

Happy sewing
