Other people's scraps

No sooner did I finish cutting up scraps from one friend,

than another box of scraps arrived from someone else!

I've been in SCRAP HEAVEN, cutting for my modified rail fence,

my 2020 Scrap Buster Challenge quilt,

and my scrappy bear paw quilt, and cutting all leftover scraps down to my precut sizes.  I've also been knitting some mittens as part of a #mmmittalong on Instagram.

Man, making makes me happy!  I don't so much mind being confined to the house when I have fabric and fiber to play with!

I'm linking up with Oh Scrap and Monday Making.

You're smart to get those scraps cut into useable pieces right away. I love the modified rail fence quilt, happy stitching!

Two great scrapbusters!! Knitting used to be my hobby before quilting was discovered and took over, lol. The cabled mitts are gorgeous.

Love all your scrap quilts! I'm sure it's fun to see how other's scraps fit into the mix.

99% of all my fabrics are someone else's scraps. I like the idea of a scrap buster but I am finding that, no matter how large I make the quilt, there doesn't seem to be much of any dent in the stash.
